10th Annual Promenade des Arts

Thomas Hart Benton (April 15, 1889 - January 19, 1975), nephew of Missouri Senator (1821-1851) of the same name, was an American painter and muralist born in Neosho, Missouri who, along with Iowa painter Grant Wood (American Gothic) and Kansas painter and muralist John Steuart Curry (Tragic Prelude - Kansas Statehouse), became the focus of the Regionalist art movement.

Tour de Music II - Summer 2010

The Sheldon Concert Hall

The 2010 Sheldon Summer Concert Series, Tour de Music II is back again for 2010 with performances by Mineral Area College "Make Me Smile" Tribute to Chicago, Kim Massie, The Bone Heads, Hudson and Hoodoo Cats, St. Louis Stompers, Denise Thimes, Sheldon Jass Quintet, Bel Airs, Rick Thum and Cabin Fever, and Rick McDonough and the Rough Grooves.
